1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items, such as customized or final sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@crystique.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide return instructions and an authorization code.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, please email us within info@crystique.in and we will assist you with the replacement process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
  • If a return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • If an order has already been processed, it must be returned following our standard return policy.
