2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:

  • International Shipping: 20-25 days

3. International Shipping

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellations & Modifications
